Embodiment 07 · Writing Personas
Your voice, at machine speed.
A writing persona captures how you draft — the vocabulary, sentence structure, and formatting of your practice — from samples you paste in, section by section. Select it when drafting and the AI mimics your style in every generated section, without ever copying your content.

The method
- 01
Create a persona
Name it — “CSE Patents,” “Pharma Style” — keep it private or share it with your organization as a template.
- 02
Feed it real writing
For each section — Field, Background, Summary, Detailed Description, Claims, Abstract — paste a sample from your prior work, with live word-count guidance per section.
- 03
Make it jurisdiction-aware
Samples attach per jurisdiction (or universally). At drafting time the lookup prefers jurisdiction-specific samples, then universal, then your personal fallback.
- 04
Blend expertise
One primary persona carries structure and tone; up to five secondary personas contribute domain terminology — built for multidisciplinary inventions.
- 05
Draft in your voice
Select the persona when drafting. Style few-shots are injected into every section prompt with a hard guard: mimic the style, never the content.
The model is ordered to mimic your style — and forbidden to touch your substance.
Wherein
Style, not content
The persona block instructs the model to reproduce vocabulary, cadence, and formatting — reusing the sample’s substance is explicitly forbidden.
Provenance on record
Every generated section records whether persona style was applied and from which samples — coverage gaps surface as warnings, not surprises.
A firm’s house style, shared
Organization personas make a firm’s drafting voice a reusable asset — new associates draft in the house style from day one.
Safe to evolve
Archiving is type-to-confirm and preserves samples for recovery — a persona is practice knowledge, treated that way.
See it on your own invention.
