Embodiment 06 · Batch Drafting
A portfolio, not a patent.
Batch mode takes an entire pipeline of inventions — a spreadsheet of ideas or a folder of disclosure documents — and drafts them unattended: queued, processed by background workers, tracked live, and delivered as a reviewed, downloadable package.

The method
- 01
Choose your input
A spreadsheet of ideas (download the template, one invention per row, up to 25 per batch) or documents — one patent per uploaded Word, PDF, or text disclosure, embedded images included.
- 02
Set the defaults once
Jurisdictions, filing type, claims handling, prior-art handling — batch-level defaults that every item inherits, with per-row overrides where you need them.
- 03
Review, then release
Every row is previewed and editable, with blocking errors flagged before anything runs. One click creates the batch and queues the jobs.
- 04
Workers do the drafting
Each item runs the full pipeline — normalize, claims, prior-art review, figures, sections, AI review — with database-locked job claiming, heartbeats, and automatic retries with backoff. Pause, resume, cancel, or retry any time.
- 05
One package out
Track attorney-review status per item — needs review, reviewed, accepted, rejected — and download the whole batch as a ZIP: DOCX and PDF per jurisdiction, figures as PNG and SVG.
Workers claim jobs with database locks and heartbeats — a stalled draft is reclaimed, never lost.
Wherein
Genuinely parallel
Multiple workers claim jobs concurrently with row-level locks and leases — a stalled worker’s job is safely reclaimed, not lost.
Fails gracefully
Retries back off (one minute, five, fifteen); batches roll up honestly — completed, completed with errors, or failed. No silent losses.
Documents become drafts
In document mode each file is parsed into a disclosure — title, idea details, embedded figures — and the images flow into the vision pipeline automatically.
Built for review workflows
Attorney-review states on every item make batch output a work queue for counsel, not a pile of files.
See it on your own invention.
